>Vasco Veloso
is a legal and institutional development expert with a broad experience in M&E of projects and programmes of a wide range institutions such as European Union, USAid, DANIDA and UN Agencies and Organisations. He has in-depth knowledge of thematics such as civil society organisations and local authorities, democratisation processes, access to justice, health and education, as a result of his work in over 20 countries in Europe and Africa. More recently, he has been engaged in the field of creative industries, namely in the production and co-production of cultural festivals as a means to promote a wider engagement and foster equality.

>Pedro Figueiredo Neto
(PhD) is an anthropologist, filmmaker, and an experienced researcher with extensive fieldwork in several African countries with a special focus on forced displacement as a result of armed conflict, developmental endeavours and ‘natural’ hazards. He has worked in Angola, Zambia, Mozambique, Senegal and Guinea-Bissau. Counting with numerous published articles, currently he is a research fellow and professor at ICS-University of Lisboa. He has produced several audiovisual works (ethnographic, fiction, documentary, advocacy) for non-governmental organizations, private and public institutions in Europe and Africa.

>Paulo Rodrigues
is a graduate of Environmental Engineering from the Lusofona University in Lisboa with an M.Sc in Environmental Modelling, Monitoring and Management from King’s College London. Paulo’s academic and professional experience allowed him to operate at a NGO, corporate, state and European Parliament levels. All added he has developed research, trained both workers and management staff with traditional and advanced training tools, applied and gained experience as a consultant working with organizations of different natures (NGO, industry, universities, consultancies) and functioned with much or almost no resources or support. International experience includes Portugal, Belgium and the UK as well as a wide array of short-term missions in Angola, Mozambique, Sierra Leone, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Cape Verde, Brazil, Cambodia, Indonesia, China, Mongolia, Philippines, Guinea-Bissau, Vietnam and East-Timor.


We also rely on a roster of other professionals in areas such as statistics and data analysis, animation, design & illustration, as well as sound/music production.
